All smartPORTAL™ products are available as "out-of-the-box" or SaaS (Software as a Service) versions. The out-of-the-box version must be installed and configured by the customer. Installation and customization support available.

When used as SaaS, the licence must be paid by month or by year. The products are running on the servers maintained and operated by Intercomp so the users can focus on the content of the portals. The installation and customization included in licence fee for the first year (limitations in design can be applied). Further re-designs require separate agreements.
